Shipping & Delivery

Hardware orders ship from our US fulfillment center. This guide covers carriers, delivery times, tracking your shipment, and what to do if you need to make changes after placing an order. Subscription plan purchases are digital — no shipping applies.

Carriers & Rates

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The available carriers and rates for your order are fetched live at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping speed.

You choose your shipping speed on the Review & Shipping step of checkout before payment. The exact cost is shown alongside each option — there are no hidden fees.

  • Rates are calculated on the actual package weight and dimensions.
  • Subscription plans have no shipping cost — digital activation only.
  • Orders with both hardware and a plan charge shipping for the hardware portion only.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times below are from the date the shipment label is created (typically within one business day of your order). Actual delivery depends on the carrier and your location.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number is assigned to your order. You can find it in two places:

  • Confirmation email — a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier tracking page is sent to your account email address.
  • Account → Orders — sign in at telemetryinsights.com/account/orders and tap your order row to see the full shipping details. The tracking number is a clickable link that opens the carrier's tracking page directly.
  • Account Dashboard — your most recent order's shipping status and tracking number appear on the account dashboard at a glance.

Tracking links become active once the carrier scans the package — this is typically within a few hours of label creation.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:

  • United States — all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Canada — all provinces and territories. Duties and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
International shipping coming in 2026. If you are outside the US or Canada and would like to be notified when international shipping is available, contact us.

Order & Address Changes

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing it immediately. Changes depend on how quickly you contact us.

Cancelling an order

If your order has not yet shipped, contact support immediately with your order number. We will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Once a label has been created, cancellation is no longer possible and you will need to follow the return process after delivery.


Changing your shipping address

Address changes must be requested before your order ships. Contact support with your order number and the corrected address. Once a shipping label has been created, address changes must be made directly with the carrier.


Lost or damaged shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is marked delivered but not received, contact support with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
