Example: A Standard plan (5 devices) could include 2 Drip Defender + 2 Water Buddi + 1 Building Buddi.

Can I mix different device types on one plan?
Yes! Your subscription covers all Telemetry Insights products. You can have Drip Defender, Water Buddi, and Building Buddi devices on the same plan, up to your device limit.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time — from the web or directly in the app. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
Do I need a subscription to add my device?
No — linking your device to your account is free and happens during account setup. Once linked, the device appears in the app. A subscription is required to view device details, live data, configuration settings, and alerts. Adding the device is free; managing and monitoring it requires a plan.
